Patient Support and Advice

Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group offer a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) to advise and support patients, their families and carers, provide information on NHS services and listen to patient suggestions, as well as answering queries and sorting out any concerns patients may have about their care.

If you need to turn to someone for help about the care provided with the Clinical Commissioning Group, call PALS in confidence, lines are open 24 hours a day and calls are free.  Sometime you might be asked to leave a message on an answerphone, but PALS will always call you back if you leave your name and number.
